Assisted Living Management and Development

Western Living Concepts (WLC) is an Assisted Living Management and Development Company. Today WLC operates three stabilized facilities including two Eureka facilities and one McKinleyville facility.

Currently under construction is a McKinleyville Alzheimer's Dementia Care Unit scheduled for occupancy in Spring of 2010.  Also, currently in development is a new facility, Vine Ridge at Cloverdale, which will include Independent Living Cottages, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer’s Dementia Care options.
