Summercreek Place is a 40-unit senior development in Eureka, CA. A community building for residents’ meetings and parties combined with single story, cottage-style architecture creates a warm community environment.
The Arcata Courtyards is a 64-unit family development with community center, exercise room, computer resource center, covered parking, storage units, edible landscape, and tenant gardens. The Courtyards were a special first step in a great direction for Danco Communities as solar panels generate electricity for all shared buildings, and all units have solar hot water and two solatubes.
