The Church Hill Townhomes is a new project of 35 apartments in Fortuna, CA. The townhome style development includes a central courtyard, BBQ and picnic area, and a playground. It will also use 50% renewable energy through solar panels. Construction on this project is almost complete and in the lease-up process.
The Cottages at Cypress is another affordable housing develoment of 29 cottage-style apartments in Fort Bragg, CA. This senior village will include an onsite community room and storages spaces for tenant use. Construction is under-way and is scheduled to be complete in early 2014.
