With ten bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a huge kitchen, a large backyard, a game room, and countless other beautifully decorated spaces, you can easily create the perfect setting for your event.

This 10 bedroom/8 bath mansion offers an intimate, elegant experience seeped with local history. Located within walking distance of the Pacific ocean, this estate was built in 1908 by saw-mill owner E.H. Vance and served as his home and the home for future company owners. The property has been recently refurbished with period pieces and charming décor.

Perfect for a wedding or family reunion, this venue also features beautiful landscaping and gardens. It can host a party of 100 indoors and up to 150 outdoors. In addition to a poker room with a bar, a game room with shuffleboard and pool, and a grand piano this property also features a commercial kitchen to allow for catering or excellent home-away-from-home cooking.

If you don’t feel like cooking, you’re just minutes from the lovely Samoa Cookhouse. This restaurant features family-style dining and everything is made from scratch, even the bread! Take a moment after your meal and enjoy the museum attached to the restaurant that showcases Samoa's history.
