Aster Place is a 40-unit townhouse rental community in Eureka, CA. It is made up of two and three bedroom units that are designed to feel more like homes than apartments. Each unit has a semi-private backyard and personal garden beds in the front yard, as well as solar panels that help provide energy. The entire site is handicap accessible and has a community building for social gathering and playground area for kids.

PLANS & ROOM SIZES

Aster Place has 16 two-bedroom and 24 three-bedroom units. The average two-bedroom unit has 882 square feet, and the average three-bedroom unit has 1,101 square feet.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to live at Aster Place, you must meet certain income-level restrictions based on the size of your family. Income levels are measured as a percentage of AMI, the Area Median Income. Tenants must have an income level at or less than a certain percentage of AMI for the corresponding family size.
