The proposed project consists of the construction of one single-family, three-bedroom residential structure, designated as Unit “E”, located on Airport Road in Hoopa, California. The development is commissioned by the K’ima:w Medical Center, who is also the property owner.

The residence will be constructed on Assessor Parcel Numbers 526-021-005, 526-021-006, 526-021-007, and 526-021-008, within the U-Hoopa zoning district. The site is not located within a designated coastal zone, Special Flood Hazard Area (100-year flood zone), or State Responsibility Area (SRA).

This project represents one component of a larger phased housing initiative intended to support the K’ima:w Medical Center community. Additional structures—specifically a four-plex (Unit “A”) and tri-plex (Unit “B”)—are covered under separate plan sets and are not included in this scope of work. Seven additional residential structures are planned for future phases and will be addressed in subsequent documentation.

The Unit “E” residence is designed to provide functional, high-quality housing that aligns with the local zoning requirements and the broader objectives of the K’imaw Medical Center’s long-term infrastructure and community development plans.
