Mariposa Place will be a seven-story residential development designed to provide affordable housing for individuals and families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI). Currently under construction, the building will combine modern apartments with secure parking, offering a much-needed housing solution in today's expensive market. To qualify for future residency, applicants must meet several key requirements. Household income cannot exceed specified limits, and all members must provide social security numbers (for those 6 and older) and sign verification forms for income, assets, and household composition. The unit must serve as the primary residence, and tenants must commit to timely rent payments per their lease agreement. All applications will undergo third-party verification, and eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens or qualified non-citizens with proper documentation. For full-time student households, additional criteria will apply: either all members must be married, the household must be a single parent with minor children, or at least one member must participate in a qualifying job training program.
