This project included 80 residential units, a manager's unit, shared amenities, parking, and a buffer zone protecting a nearby riparian path. Based on community input, the site layout connected seamlessly to Clearlake's planned future sports facility. The project prioritized community engagement and safety through thoughtful amenities and open sightlines that encouraged natural social interaction. Following Universal Design principles, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and California Title 24 standards, the development ensured complete accessibility. The design realized the developer's vision for a modern tax credit project—offering dignified homes in a community that balanced independence with connection. Clear boundaries between public and private spaces, rich landscaping, and sustainable architecture inspired by local elements completed the design.
