Parkside Apartments Phase II will continue the buildout of the Parkside master-planned neighborhood in Lakeport. Located directly north of Parkside Apartments, between Yankee Avenue and Forbes Creek, the second phase is planned as multifamily apartments in two-story buildings, bringing the community closer to the 128 apartment homes envisioned in the Parkside master plan. Phase II will build on the first phase's combination of quality affordable housing, landscaped open space, walking paths and community facilities that support family life in Lake County.
