Parlier Family Apartments is a newly planned 55-unit affordable housing community designed to expand high-quality, service-rich housing opportunities for low-income families in Parlier, California. Situated on approximately 3.5 acres of an 11.39-acre parcel, the development features a thoughtfully designed two-story residential building offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 655 to 1,188 square feet. The project is planned as 100% affordable, ensuring long-term access to safe, stable housing for households most in need.

The community incorporates a range of on-site amenities that support resident wellbeing, including a 3,800-square-foot community building, laundry facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool. Approximately 40% of the site will be landscaped or dedicated to usable open space, creating a welcoming environment with outdoor recreational opportunities for children, families, and seniors. A total of 105 parking spaces, including 55 covered spaces, will serve residents while preserving site circulation and neighborhood compatibility.
