Situated on approximately 3.5 acres of an 11.39-acre parcel, the development features a thoughtfully designed two-story residential building offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 655 to 1,188 square feet. The project is planned as 100% affordable, ensuring long-term access to safe, stable housing for households most in need.

The community incorporates a range of on-site amenities that support resident wellbeing, including a 3,800-square-foot community building, laundry facilities, and an outdoor swimming pool.
