Bayview Heights was developed in partnership with Danco, Veteran Housing Development Corporation, and Raymond James, to provide quality affordable housing for the Humboldt County residents with low and very-low incomes.

To be eligible to live at Bayview Heights, you must meet certain income-level restrictions and be a veteran. Income levels are measured as a percentage of AMI, the Area Median Income. Tenants must have an income level at or less than a certain percentage of AMI for the corresponding family size.
